Thank you for shopping at Diggabyte.com. We specialize in delivering high-quality digital products, including software, templates, music, games, and more. Due to the nature of digital content, our return and refund policy is as follows:
Digital Products – No Returns or Refunds
All sales are final for digital products. Once a purchase is completed and the product is delivered (via download or email), we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
This policy is in place because:
- Digital products are non-returnable.
- Once a file has been downloaded or accessed, there is no way to “return” it.
Exceptions – When Refunds May Be Considered
We may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund or replacement in the following cases:
- File corruption or issues preventing you from accessing the product.
- Duplicate purchases (accidental purchase of the same item more than once).
- Misrepresentation of product description (the product is significantly different than advertised).
To be considered for a refund, you must:

- Include your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.
- Not have downloaded or accessed the product (for certain refund scenarios).
We reserve the right to decline a refund if the claim does not meet our policy criteria.
Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to ban your account and restrict access to any future purchases.
