- Amazon Affiliate Orders: Products fulfilled through Amazon will be shipped using Amazon’s standard shipping methods, which could include UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
- Self-Fulfilled Products: Orders we fulfill directly will be shipped via USPS, UPS, or another trusted carrier depending on your location.
2. Processing Time
After placing an order, please note that processing time will vary based on the source of the product:
- Dropshipping (China-based products): Orders will typically be processed within 3 to 5 business days before they are shipped out. Due to the nature of international shipping, delivery times may range from 7 to 14 business days.
- Amazon Affiliate Orders: These orders are generally processed and shipped directly by Amazon. Delivery times are typically 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location and Amazon’s fulfillment capabilities.
- Self-Fulfilled Products: Orders we ship ourselves are processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days, with an estimated delivery time of 5 to 7 business days.
3. Shipping Time Estimates
The time it takes for your order to arrive depends on the shipping method used and the location of the product. Below are estimated delivery times:
- Dropshipping (China-based products): Delivery typically takes between 7 to 14 business days. Please note that international shipping may be subject to customs delays, which could extend delivery times.
- Amazon Affiliate Orders: Depending on availability and your location, orders can arrive in 3 to 7 business days.
- Self-Fulfilled Products: Estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 business days.
Please note that shipping times may be affected by holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen events, and delays may occur. We appreciate your patience in these cases.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location, the weight of the items in your order, and the shipping method selected. Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
- Dropshipping Products (China-based): Shipping fees may vary, but we strive to offer the most affordable shipping options available for international orders.
- Amazon Affiliate Orders: Shipping is generally free for Prime members, while non-Prime members may incur standard shipping charges based on the product and location.
- Self-Fulfilled Products: Shipping fees will be calculated based on weight and destination, and you will be able to view the exact cost during checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information (if available) to track your shipment. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to be updated in the carrier’s system.
For dropshipping orders, tracking information may be updated later due to the processing times at international warehouses.
6. Order Delays
While we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, there are circumstances beyond our control that may cause delays, including:
- Customs delays on international shipments.
- Weather or natural disasters.
- Shipping carrier delays.
