Diggabyte Return Policy

1. General Policy

Diggabyte accepts returns only for new, unopened items in their original, sealed packaging. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

By purchasing from Diggabyte, you agree to the terms outlined in this return policy.

2. Return Eligibility & Conditions

Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.

Non-Returnable Items: Opened, used, damaged, or altered items are not eligible for return. Items missing accessories, manuals, or original packaging will be rejected.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Approval Required: All returns require prior approval from Diggabyte. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

3. Return Process

Request a Return Authorization (RMA): Contact Diggabyte at di************@gm***.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return Instructions: If eligible, we will provide return instructions, including the return shipping address.

Inspection & Refund: Upon receipt, we will inspect the item. If approved, a refund will be issued minus the 25% restocking fee. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

4. Important Disclaimers

Diggabyte is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

Refunds are issued only after the item has been received and inspected. If the return does not meet our policy criteria, the item will be rejected and no refund will be issued.

Diggabyte reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with this policy.

By completing a purchase on Diggabyte, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this return policy.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and all returns are subject to the same conditions outlined above. Please note that international returns may take longer to process due to customs procedures, and you may incur additional shipping charges.
